KELOWNA — The Kelowna RCMP and the missing’s family are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 53 year old Stephen O’Shaughnessy out of the Kelowna, British Columbia area.
Stephen was last seen on Sunday, October 6th, 2019 within Kelowna itself. He resides in the downtown area.
He gets around on foot and enjoys spending time near the bird sanctuaries and Okanagan Lake. He was reported missing to police on on October 8th. Police released a public missing person’s notice on October 10th.
Although it is reportedly out of character for Stephen to be out of contact for so long, foul play is not suspected at this time.
Stephen also missed a pre scheduled appointment, which is unusual. As such, the RCMP are concerned for his health and well-being.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a beige heavy jacket and a dark coloured baseball hat.
On October 8th, the Kelowna RCMP with the assistance of Search and Rescue combed several areas where he is known to hang out, however Stephen O’Shaughnessy has not yet been located.

• AGE IN 2019: 53.
• ETHNICITY: Caucasian.
• HAIR: Grey.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 6 ft 0.
• WEIGHT: ~195 pounds.
