UPDATE – May 20, 2017: There is a number of things about this investigation that has led investigators to believe that Roberta’s disappearance is very suspicious and certainly out of character and are concerned she may have been met with foul play.
In addition, Roberta usually had her small dog with her.
“Although her dog and vehicle have been located, investigators would also like to speak to anyone that may have seen her or her vehicle since May 1st,” says Douglass.
Police are also asking businesses owners and managers to check video surveillance.
The vehicle is described as a dark red 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer with 4 doors and bearing BC licence plates BH248X.
PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George RCMP is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 54 year old Roberta Sims out of the Prince George, British Columbia area.
Roberta was reported missing on May 14, 2017 but has not been seen in over a week.
Roberta, who often goes by the first name Robin, may also go by the first name Bobby and the last names Chambers or Jacobson. She has not returned to her residence, which is where her vehicle remains. This is unusual behaviour for Roberta and investigators are requesting the public’s help in finding her.
Roberta is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Caucasian.
• HAIR: Blonde, long.
• EYES: Blue.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 4 inches.
• WEIGHT: 154 pounds.
• OTHER: Several tattoos including on her left upper arm, her right neck, and left upper chest.
