NANAIMO — The Nanaimo RCMP detachment is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 79 year old Peter Dickinson out of the Nanaimo, BC area.
Peter was last seen on the morning of October 22, 2016. His last known location is his care home facility on Machleary Street.
Peter suffers from dementia and other ongoing significant health issues.
He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants and black sneakers. He may also be wearing a baseball cap, and have a blue backpack alongside with some additional clothing inside.
Police are asking that if you spot Peter, please stay by his side and call to give officers and ambulance directions to your location.
Peter is described as:
• Gender: Male.
• Hair: Grey, thin.
• Height: 5 feet 7 inches.
• Weight: 140 pounds.
