ORIGINAL ARTICLE: PRINCE GEORGE — The Prince George RCMP is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 46 year old Franklin Douglas Orr out of the Prince George, British Columia area.
Frank was last seen on July 5, 2017 near First Avenue and Tabor Boulevard at approximately 9:20 a.m.
He does not have a vehicle, but likes to go fishing, particularly at Paddle Wheel Park in Prince George.
He did not return to his residence. This behaviour is out of character and a concern for loved ones. Investigators are asking the public’s help in locating him.
Last seen wearing dark pants, dark jacket, light coloured shoes and sunglasses and carrying a light coloured backpack.
Frank is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: First Nations.
• HAIR: Long black hair (last seen in a ponytail).
• EYES: Brown eyes.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 5 inches.
• WEIGHT: 160 pounds.
• OTHER: Tattoo of a necklace and cross around his neck and a tattoo of boxing gloves on his back shoulder.
