ORIGINAL ARTICLE: MISSION — The Mission RCMP is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 19 year old Joe Kraakman out of the Mission, British Columbia area.
Joe was last seen on May 17, 2017.
His mother called Police to report that her son had left the residence between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. that day. Joe Kraakman was reported leaving on his bike to embark on a long bike ride.
Joe Kraakman is believed to have taken very few items with him and was reported not being prepared to be away from home for an extended period of time. Possibly camping in wooded areas and does not have any camping equipment.
Last seen travelling along Dyke Road near Nicomen Island at approximately 3:00 pm on May 17th, 2017.
He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black cotton khaki pants, black runners and carrying an adidas nylon swag bag.
He was riding a red and white speacialized mountain bike.
Joe is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Caucasian.
• HAIR: Brown, medium length, curly.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 6 feet.
• WEIGHT: 185 pounds.
